DF-Reports_V2Employers have a legal responsibility under Health and Safety law to reduce the risk of their workers being exposed to hazardous substances, such as dust, fume and vapour.

Where required they must deploy Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) equipment in accordance with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations 2002 (COSHH).
